As a prerequisite, all Praxis EMR trainers have a minimum of two years medical transcription experience in addition to software training skills. The Praxis Training Program is one-on-one and is accomplished at your convenience, either onsite or online, or a combination of the two.

User Conferences
Quarterly conferences are held in different locals across the United States each year. Praxis clients will receive notification of conference dates.

Online Chat Support for Praxis EMR Users
Online Chat Support is a development for modern day customer and technical support. It allows the support team to reply to clients within seconds and has proved a very effective method of delivering support to our clients. When the AAFP survey was conducted in February 2008, Praxis EMR had not yet fully implemented this support feature and still Praxis Support was ranked number one.
